Is my data safe? Where is it kept?
Your data is stored in India and backed up every night. Each operator's data is kept apart, so no other operator can see your customers. Inside your business, each staff member sees only what their role allows.
Can my agents use their own phones?
Yes. Each agent gets their own login and records payments on their own phone. You see every payment as it is made, and who collected it.
I keep everything in a notebook. Can I still switch?
Yes. Send us your register. We type it all in within a day, free, and you check it before you start.
Do I need a computer?
No. The Bill Pro works in your phone's browser, with nothing to install. It also works on a tablet or computer, and bills print on A4, A5 or thermal paper.
Does it work for internet (broadband) operators?
Yes. A customer can have cable connections, internet connections or both, each with its own package and bill.
Is GST extra?
Yes. The price is ₹0.50 per customer per month, plus GST. For your own customers, the app adds GST to their bills and gives you a GST report.
What if I want to leave?
Your data is yours. When you leave, we give you all of it as files that open in Excel.
Can my staff use it in Tamil?
The app has a language option that translates its screens into Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and more.
